We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ordering experience on QualityBazaar, and the quality of the service you receive. “QB Guarantee” guarantees your transaction with us and gives you 100% in case we falter on our commitments.

What does QB Guarantee stand for?

Before the delivery of the order
If your order is not received within 14 days beyond the assured arrival time mentioned in the Order Confirmation e-mail or the product description page, QB guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the order – No questions asked.

After the delivery of the order
• If the price you paid online is more than the actual MRP on the bill/ product package, QB Guarantee will refund you the difference via Qb Cash/ Voucher or simply refund the excess amount paid by you.
• If there is an item missing then we will try to replace it within an acceptable time frame or refund the amount as partial refund or QB Cash/ Voucher whichever is preferred by you.
• If, after placing your order, the merchant decides to not deliver your complete or part order for any reason then we will contact you with the option of shifting the order to another merchant/ product or you can choose to get a refund as QB Cash/ Voucher or simply reverse the transaction amount to the payment medium (Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.) used by you while making the payment to us.
• Your payment will be held with QB Guarantee till the time order is delivered and you are completely satisfied with the service and product quality.
• Merchants/ Suppliers payments are released only when you confirm the order has been received by you in healthy consumable condition.
• In case we do not hear back from you within 2 days of order delivery, we feel it would be fair to assume that you are satisfied with the service and product quality, and will release the payment to the merchant.
• In case you are not satisfied with the order delivered and inform us within the #timelines mentioned below, QB Guarantee will resolve your complaint end-to-end within 3 working days from the day the complaint is raised. If QB Guarantee is not able to give a resolution within 3 working days, we will automatically refund 100% of the money or Rs. 200, whichever is lower.
• When a complaint is raised for a delivered order, the merchant is paid only after the issue is resolved and you are satisfied with the resolution.

What does QB Guarantee cover?
• If the delivery is not within the time frame as confirmed in the Order Confirmation e-mail or the product description page.
• You have paid for the order online but didn't receive it.
• You have received a lesser items or items that does not comply with the online instructions as per your original order.
• You have received an order with which you're not satisfied because of quality, packaging or it is not simply consumable.

What does QB Guarantee Not cover
While QB Guarantee covers almost all your interests, we somehow are unable to provide any delivery or service based guarantee if you are unable to send us valid picture proofs for any discrepancy raised by you within 2 days of receiving your order. However, we will still go an extra mile to resolve your issue with the concerned merchant, but cannot commit on refunds.

How do you receive your refund through QB Guarantee?
QB Guarantee shall refund payment by providing you QB Cash/ Voucher for amounts less than Rs. 150. For amounts greater than Rs. 150, refunds will be made through either QB Cash/ Voucher, bank transfer depending on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

Order Exchange Conditions:
In case you are not fully satisfied about the order, QualityBazaar will gladly help you in replacement of the order either from the same merchant or from another similar merchant.
