How do I add items or modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Please email us immediately if you would like to add, modify or cancel the order. If your order is a scheduled order, please email us at email@example.com one day ahead to guarantee a modification or cancellation.
In any case, we'll do our best to make the necessary changes!
How do I return an item I am not satisfied with?
We maintain an absolute transparent return and replacement policy. If you are not satisfied with the excellence, freshness or quality of the products or a wrong product has been delivered, you can request replacement or ask for a refund by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the order. All you need to do is send us an image of the product on firstname.lastname@example.org along with the subject line mentioning your "order reference no." and return the products back to us. Once we/ seller receives the product(s) back, within the next three days we will process your refund for secure online payments/ NEFT (in case paind via COD)/ QB Cash or Wallet. Incase of replacements we will try our level best to dispatch the product as early as we can.
